Levi’s Jeans
Levi’s jeans kan med stor fordel købes online fordi de enkelte modeller altid er ens. Et par Levi’s 501 er altid et par Levi’s 501 og kender man sin størrelse i vidde og længde, er det bare at bestille. Faktisk køber jeg oftest jeans i USA hvor priserne er noget lavere end de er i Danmark.

Levi’s jeans (eller cowboybukser) var oprindeligt arbejdstøj, som hurtigt efter starten i 1873, blev utroligt populærer på grund af den store slidstyrke, som de sygninger Strauss og Davis var de første til at lave, der hvor bukserne oftest gik i stykker.
I dag er det helt anderledes, Levi Strauss Jeans er moderne og for mange de eneste bukser man går i, det gælder også mig selv, som p.t. er helt vild med Levi’s 514. En del modeller kan kun købes i USA men de fleste fås over hele verden. Levi’s 501 er klassikeren, som fås i både blå denim, sort denim og også i andre farver, men der kommer hele tiden nye modeller fra Levi’s som på den måde har formået både at være en traditionel klassiker og en faktor indenfor modeverdenen.
Levi Strauss producerer ud over jeans, skjorter, jakker, shorts, stømper, mm. og produkterne fra Levi Strauss er alle kvalitetsprodukter, hvilket helt fra starten har været kendetegnet for virksomheden. Levi’s tøj er til både mænd, kvinder og børn og selvom Levi’s ikke udsender deciderede kataloger, kan man på deres hjemmeside www.levi.com finde alle de nyeste modeller.
Faktisk er det ikke en sjældenhed at modetøj mærker går mange år tilbage i historien, bland andre mærker med en lang fortid kan nævnes Fred Perry og Channel.

Levi’s er et af de mærker der er sjove at følge. Til tider er de helt oppe at ringe og et “must-have” i alle garderober, til andre tider er det så langt ude i hampen og nærmest et “taber-mærker”.. Den gyldne middelvej formår de tilsyneladende ikke rigtigt at finde..
Men enig – lige nu er det bestemt et af de tidspunkter hvor det er et “must-have”.
